Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a Manager, AI Engineer to lead design and development of AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. You will define architectures and oversee projects from concept to deployment.

You will mentor teammates, run workshops with stakeholders, ensure MLOps, security, and regulatory compliance, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions through strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solutions.
• At least two years in leadership or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; cloud AI certs are advantageous.
• Hands-on with Python, APIs, microservices, containers, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Experience with conversational AI, generative AI, and AI security.
• Strong communication and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.
• Define solution architectures incorporating LLMs and generative AI.
• Manage AI projects from architecture to deployment with MLOps, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
