The ideal candidate blends business acumen with AI fluency and strong program leadership to drive measurable impact, governance, and adoption across assets, operations, and client workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, or strategic initiatives with AI focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data platforms, including generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy execution and use-case development with business partners.
• Manage end-to-end AI programs from concept through production, pilots, and scaling.
• Engage stakeholders across risk, legal/compliance, data, and engineering to ensure successful delivery.
• Productize AI initiatives by transitioning pilots into scalable enterprise solutions.
• Establish governance, risk management, and executive reporting for the AI portfolio.
• Drive adoption, integration into workflows, and realization of business value.
