Job summary

iFIT seeks a Director, Enterprise AI Enablement to drive the company’s shift toward AI-powered operations across all functions. You’ll co-chair the AI Governance Committee, set guardrails, and establish scalable technical standards to ensure responsible AI use.

In a hands-on leadership role, you’ll build a community of business AI leaders, coach teams, identify automation opportunities, and accelerate results while partnering with IT and business units to elevate iFIT’s AI maturity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a senior or lead capacity as an AI-forward software engineer.
• Delivered products, integrations, and automations with measurable business benefits.
• Strong working fluency with agentic AI systems, tooling, and multi-agent workflows.
• Understand why evaluating an agent for accuracy, reliability, and safety matters.
• Worked as a technical developer alongside business teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Proven track record as a force multiplier, coaching teams to adopt new tools and ways of working.
