Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks a Director, Strategy & Solutions to shape how our AI hardware and software stack are positioned in the market. You will translate deep technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value across industries and use cases, aligning product, engineering, sales, and marketing for successful launches.

You will learn how next-generation AI accelerators are positioned and adopted across real-world workloads, and how customer feedback and competitive insights drive GTM

Qualifications

• Experience connecting AI/ML systems to customer outcomes and business value.
• Ability to tell technical stories to developers, architects, and executives.
• Curious about customer workloads, competitive dynamics, and AI trends.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of GTM positioning and messaging for Tenstorrent’s AI hardware, software stack, and solutions.
• Development of application- and vertical-specific value propositions across enterprise, cloud, and regulated markets.
• Value proposition & GTM strategy, including creation of technical collateral (whitepapers, sales decks, benchmarks, demos, and customer success stories).
• Close partnership with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to align roadmap, launches, and field enablement.
