GlaxoSmithKline seeks a design authority for AI architecture within the Cyber Architecture and Solutions group. You will own the agentic framework and data fabric, set standards, and guide three architects while ensuring alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

This US-based role offers a global impact across the R&D and business units, with a vendor-operated platform and audits to maintain traceability.

Qualificações

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or AI architecture, including leading technical teams across geographies, with expertise in AI architecture, agentic frameworks, and data fabric architecture.
• Experience designing agentic frameworks, multi-agent systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures with governance and security considerations.
• Experience developing AI solution blueprints for security use cases, including model and platform selection criteria for hosted/self-hosted LLMs, embeddings, and orchestration platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Act as design authority for every AI solution Cyber Architecture and Solutions builds; no entry into engineering without a specification.
• Own the agentic framework architecture: orchestration, tool invocation control, identity binding, least-privilege scoping, and gates.
• Own the data fabric architecture—data flows, classification, controls, and evolution with vendor capability.
• Own the AI reference design and pattern library used by Engineering and vendor.
• Lead three architects covering solution architecture, standards, and governance.
