Job summary

GSK is seeking a senior AI architecture leader to own the agentic framework and data fabric across Cyber Architecture and Solutions. You’ll set design standards, govern vendor engagement, and oversee multiple architects to ensure architectures meet security and compliance requirements.

You will lead the design authority, shape the AI reference designs, and drive architectural decisions across the enterprise, aligning with GSK’s Ahead Together strategy and NA market needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of cybersecurity or AI architecture experience.
• Experience leading technical teams across geographies.
• Expertise in agentic frameworks and data fabric for enterprise AI/ML.
• Experience designing AI solution blueprints for security use cases.
• Knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and translating into engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Act as design authority for every AI solution Cyber Architecture and Solutions builds.
• Own the agentic framework architecture: orchestration, tool invocation, identity binding, least-privilege scoping.
• Own the data fabric architecture—data flows, classification, controls, evolution with vendor capabilities.
• Own the AI reference design and pattern library used by Engineering and vendor.
• Lead three architects across solution architecture, standards and governance.
• Chair the design authority board for approvals before engineering capacity is allocated.
• Assess new AI tool proposals for architectural fit and feasibility.
• Assure vendor handover packages and maintain architecture accountability.
