Job summary

PerfectServe is seeking a Director of Product Management – AI to own the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our AI-native answering service platform. This modern leadership role defines what gets built and why, grounding decisions in deep customer and clinical understanding while moving fast with AI-assisted prototyping and rapid experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI product strategy for PerfectServe’s AI answering service across near-term delivery and long-horizon evolution.
• Translate business objectives and clinical workflows into a prioritized, clearly reasoned product roadmap.
• Partner with CTO and Director of Software Engineering to align roadmap sequencing with technical capacity and infrastructure investments.
• Make and communicate clear product tradeoff decisions: what is in scope, what is deferred, and why.
• Lead ongoing customer discovery: interviews, site visits, and workflow observations.
• Develop deep understanding of how healthcare organizations use AI-augmented communications and the associated pain points.
• Synthesize input from cross-functional teams into actionable product insights and JTBD definitions.
• Use modern AI tools to generate prototypes, wireframes, and conduct rapid concept tests.
• Design and run structured experiments and pilot programs to validate hypotheses.
• Define acceptance criteria and success metrics for product releases.
