Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Director, AI Product Ops to lead the operational and cultural evolution of the TAAP product org. You will drive near-zero-overhead coordination and an AI maturity program to move from basic productivity to agent-driven workflows.

You'll build and lead a lean, senior product-ops team, unify operations across Bedrock and Catalyst, and partner with product, engineering and design to accelerate execution and deliver stronger customer value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, product operations, or technical operations leadership.
• Deep familiarity with modern PM practices and agile SDLC.
• Experience in regulated or professional software industries is a plus.
• Proven change-management and team-upskilling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first product operations across Bedrock and Catalyst portfolios.
• Automate coordination tasks to reduce overhead and accelerate delivery.
• Drive TAAP-wide change management and communications.
• Build and mentor a lean, high-impact team.
