Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a senior leader to evolve the TAAP product operations at scale, driving an AI-first approach and lean governance across Core (Bedrock) and Agentic (Catalyst) portfolios.

You will build automated tooling, establish cross-team visibility, and drive metrics with executive-level change management and team mentorship. This role requires 10+ years in program management or product operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management or product operations leadership experience.
• Deep familiarity with modern product management practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate PM, Engineering, and Design squads.
• Experience implementing agile SDLC structures.
• Experience automating project-tracking workflows.
• Experience in regulated software industries with AI governance is a plus.
• Strong change-management and communication track record.
• Ability to upskill teams and drive cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and cultural evolution of TAAP product organization.
• Drive AI-first Product Ops office with lean operations.
• Build automated tooling and visibility systems for dependencies and milestones.
• Define and execute business-driving metrics and cadences.
• Enable PMs in modern AI tools and workflows.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a senior product operations team.
• Coordinate change management across product, engineering, and design.
