Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Director of AI Product Ops to transform the TAAP product organization into an AI-first operations function. You will drive lean, near-zero-overhead product operations across Bedrock and Catalyst, and lead an AI maturity program that moves teams from individual productivity to agent-driven workflows.

You will build shared playbooks, enable PMs with AI tools, and oversee a high-impact team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations leadership
• Experience implementing modern agile SDLC structures and automating project-tracking workflows
• Experience in regulated or professional software industries with data security and AI governance is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first product operations across TAAP Bedrock and Catalyst portfolios
• Drive AI-maturity roadmap and enable modern PM practices with AI tooling
• Build and lead a high-impact team and drive change-management communications across TAAP
