Job summary

Thomson Reuters in New York seeks a Director of AI Product Ops to lead the operational and cultural evolution of the TAAP product organization. You will transform the traditional program and operations function into a lean, AI-first Product Ops office, reducing overhead while accelerating customer-centered product delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience implementing modern agile SDLC structures and automating project tracking.
• Experience in regulated or professional software industries (tax, legal, finance, compliance) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-first Product Operations across Core (Bedrock) and Agentic (Catalyst) portfolios.
• Drive the AI-maturity roadmap from L1 to L3 and beyond with shared playbooks and tooling.
• Build and lead a high-impact team of senior program-ops experts.
• Execute TAAP-wide change-management communications and drive adoption of new ways of working.
