Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15 years of related experience, 3+ in leadership.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally.
• Experience with GIS, SCADA, sensor data, data integration, analytics.
• Experience with AI-enabled development, MLOps, model governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects.
• Define technology, platform, and architecture strategies.
• Establish governance, metrics, and operating practices for quality and reliability.
• Mentor engineering managers and promote ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
