Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of related experience with at least 3 in a leadership/management capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with quality, security, and reliability.
Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve product performance and long-term sustainability.
Build and mentor high-performing engineering managers and teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and customer needs.
