Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, quality, and technical health of our software engineering organization, for today’s and tomorrow’s products and projects.

This role delivers scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions while building a high‑performing engineering culture grounded in ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong stakeholder partnership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience leading software engineering organizations.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and modern delivery practices.
Experience applying AI/ML concepts in software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects.
Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies that improve product performance.
Manage engineering priorities, capacity, and delivery tradeoffs across a diverse portfolio.
Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities.
Establish engineering standards, governance, metrics, and operating practices.
Drive DevSecOps, automation, testing strategies, incident management, secure development.
Monitor and optimize engineering performance and business value.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and modernization.
Build and develop engineering managers and technical teams.
