Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director of AI Engineering to lead and scale AI/ML platforms and teams in McLean, VA. You will drive foundation model infrastructure, model access, routing, observability, and cost optimization across enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or AI with 8+ years of AI/ML experience, or Master's with 6+ years.

Responsibilities
