Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialized experience in marketing analytics, marketing technology, AI/ML, or related disciplines, including significant business knowledge within financial services.
• Strong stakeholder communication and a product mindset, with comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to explain agents and analytics, design guardrails, and articulate analytical assumptions and implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts with marketing leaders to identify analytic/AI workflows that can be automated.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketers and senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of AI- and analytics-powered marketing and govern agent usage.
• Lead cross-functional groups and set priorities for marketing capabilities and governance.
