Meta is seeking a driven leader for Central Security to define and execute the multi-year strategy for identity, authentication, and access across its infrastructure. You will build models for agent identity as AI agents act on behalf of people and scale a diverse team across global sites.

You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal and other teams to balance security with operational velocity, reduce access-related incidents, and automate reviews at scale.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience focused on security, identity, or infrastructure systems.
• 7+ years of engineering management experience, including managing engineering managers.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering organizations and leaders.
• Experience forming cross-functional partnerships with product, design, and data science.
• Strong data-driven decision making with metrics, uncertainty, bias, and trade-offs.
• Background in agentic access or AI agent authorization models.
• Experience leading IAM programs across geographies.
• Experience with highly-scaled distributed systems.
• Experience automating access controls to reduce manual review.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance related to IAM.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive multi-year strategy for identity, authentication, and access management across Meta's infrastructure.
• Lead development of a model for agent identity and authorization as AI agents act for people.
• Build and scale a distributed, multi-disciplinary org across global sites.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal to trade off security and velocity.
• Represent IAM perspectives to leadership including VPs and C-level executives.
• Drive reduction in access-related incidents by addressing root causes.
• Lead automation of access approvals and reviews at scale.
• Define and enforce access policy for regulatory/compliance obligations.
• Develop controls for geographic expansion into higher-threat environments.
• Escalation point for urgent confidential identity and access issues.
