• 7+ years of engineering management experience, including leading managers.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering organizations.
• Experience partnering with product, design, and data science to deliver large-scale outcomes.
• Strong ability to reason with metrics and data, including handling uncertainty and trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the multi-year technical strategy for identity, authentication, and access management.
• Lead the development of an agent identity and authorization model as AI agents act for people.
• Build and scale a distributed, multi-disciplinary software engineering organization across sites.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, HR, Legal to balance security with operational velocity.
• Represent identity and access perspectives to leadership, advocating investments and risk decisions.
• Drive reduction in access-related incidents by addressing root causes.
• Automate access controls, replacing manual approval and review processes.
• Define and enforce access policy supporting regulatory obligations.
• Develop controls for geographic expansion into higher-threat environments.
• Serve as escalation point for urgent, confidential identity and access matters.
