Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Area Program Delivery Director to lead the DEC (Datacenter Engineering and Construction) program for a mega AI-enabled infrastructure campus. The role oversees onsite teams and external partners in a matrix structure, ensuring safety, quality, and cost/schedule discipline across the data center buildout.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project planning and construction management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience with US/EMEA construction contract delivery methods.
• Experience with design and deployment of technical electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience managing direct employees, contractors, subcontractors and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for the project and site team and interface with internal/external teams.
• Own and drive value through collaborative partnerships and growth.
• Maintain visibility across multiple teams in functional areas.
• Provide coaching and input to assure predictable delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements in early turnover of project phases.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors and vendors.
• Monitor delivery updates, KPI adherence and financial status.
