Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, to shape how organizations address AI-driven identity security within the enterprise. You’ll own narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password, collaborating with product, engineering, and GTM teams.

You’ll analyze customer needs, develop personas and use cases, drive launches, enable sales, and advocate for the marketing function’s growth as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity or deep-tech B2B software with understanding of technical buyers.
• Strong product marketing background, including product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning and messaging.
• Think strategically while executing; turn ambiguity into priorities and plans.
• Proactive ownership, alignment-building, and driving work forward.
• Clear communication with executives, product, engineering, sales and marketing teams.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance research, planning, and messaging.
• Preferred: shaping an emerging category or operating in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password.
• Evaluate and evolve positioning and messaging to reflect product and market dynamics.
• Build deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, and market dynamics.
• Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, and sales enablement.
• Partner with senior product, engineering, marketing, and GTM leaders to align strategy.
• Move strategy into execution using customer and market feedback.
• Help scale the marketing function with necessary capabilities and resources.
