- 5+ years in US Healthcare/HealthTech
- 5+ years managing multiple teams or a manager-of-managers
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on AI/ML production experience
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams focused on AI-driven healthcare platform.
- Oversee data ingestion pipelines and data quality to support clinical outcomes.
- Drive enterprise deployments and customer outcomes with high autonomy teams.
- Mentor engineering managers and ensure delivery plans from discovery to live production.
