Disney Worldwide Services, Inc. seeks a Director of AI Enablement & Legal Engineering to redesign legal workflows and deliver technology-enabled solutions across Legal & Global Affairs. You will drive AI strategy, develop scalable processes, and partner with attorneys, business, and tech teams to improve efficiency and impact.

The role focuses on AI-enabled process engineering, automation, and practical adoption of new tools, with emphasis on governance, quality, and ROI across the department.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed attorney in good standing.
10+ years of experience in legal practice, operations, technology, or related fields.
Experience improving legal workflows, processes, or service delivery.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy AI solutions for legal workflows and analysis.
Design end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation for contracts and regulatory work.
Build and optimize document processing pipelines (intake, parsing, embedding, indexing).
Coach and develop talent in legal engineering and AI-enabled capabilities.
Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, and HR on AI strategy.
