The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Director of AI Enablement & Legal Engineering to partner with attorneys, business partners and technology teams to redesign legal workflows and implement technology-enabled solutions across Legal & Global Affairs.

In this role, you will lead AI-enabled process engineering, build scalable operating models, and drive adoption of tools while ensuring accuracy, compliance and business impact across the department.

Qualifications

Law degree and licensed attorney required.
10+ years in legal practice, legal ops, tech, or transformation.
Proven track record improving legal workflows and service delivery.
Strong knowledge of legal processes, automation, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy AI solutions for contracts, research, and compliance workflows.
Design end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic frameworks.
Build and enhance document processing pipelines from intake to indexing.
Establish testing and quality controls to meet accuracy and reliability standards.
Partner with senior leaders and technology teams on AI strategy and investments.
