Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Director, Transactions Management to lead a high-performing team supporting acquisitions, dispositions and financing back-office work across complex deals. You will delegate, coach, and develop analysts, coordinate with Investment, Capital Markets and Legal teams, and drive AI-enabled automation to increase capacity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the United States, this role partners with senior stakeholders to ensure precise execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with legal and transactional documentation including leases, loan documents, title documents, environmental property assessments and property condition reports.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, including delegation, coaching, talent development and accountability.
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and sound judgment with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Prior management experience strongly preferred, in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a growth-oriented company.
• Experience with Yardi and Dealpath preferred.

The Director, Transactions Management is responsible for leading the team that supports acquisitions, dispositions, and/or financing back-office work. This role requires a strong people leader who can effectively delegate work, develop and skill up team members, communicate clearly across functions, and demonstrate executive presence when engaging with senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBLIITIES

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of transactions analysts, with a focus on building capability, confidence, and accountability during periods of high deal volume.
• Delegate work effectively by aligning assignments with team capacity, skill level, development opportunities, and transaction priorities.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, real-time feedback, and structured development opportunities to skill up analysts and prepare the team to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
• Communicate transaction priorities, risks, and resource needs with clarity and executive presence to internal leadership, cross-functional partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Transactions Management function.
• Champion the implementation and ongoing use of AI-enabled tools and automated processes to improve team capacity, scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a partnership with the Investment, Capital Market and Legal teams throughout the entire transaction.
• Collaborate with the internal Integrated Services and Operation's Team leadership to ensure seamless asset onboarding, offboarding, and refinancing.
• Elevate identified risks internally as needed and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented strategies to mitigate those risks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in real estate transactions
• Familiarity with legal and transactional documentation including but not limited to; leases, loan documents, title documents, environmental property assessments and property condition reports.
• Demonstrated people leadership skills, including the ability to delegate effectively, coach team members, build talent, and drive accountability.
• Strong communication skills, executive presence, and sound judgment when engaging with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Prior management experience strongly preferred, particularly in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced-growth oriented company.
• Experience with Yardi and Dealpath preferred.
