Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director in the PEPI Technology Services AI team (CTO Domain) to independently lead AI-driven value creation across the PE lifecycle. You will own scope, engagements, client relationships, and outcomes, embedding AI across software engineering, product, and delivery organizations.

The role demands hands-on experience leading SDLC transformations, governing AI tool rollouts, and driving measurable EBITDA improvements within PE‑backed portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in software engineering leadership or engineering transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven value creation engagements across PE lifecycle.
• Own scope, workplan, client relationships, and financial outcomes end-to-end.
• Drive AI governance within engineering organizations and SDLC transformations.
• Mentor and contribute to PEPI Technology Services methodologies.
