Job summary

PHIL is seeking a highly experienced Director of Quality Excellence to lead our enterprise-wide quality program. This role reports to the VP of Operational Excellence and works closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to drive quality standards across the organization.

You will own the software quality and AI-enabled monitoring agenda, build long-term governance, and scale quality across PHIL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of operational quality, quality engineering, or process excellence experience.
• 5+ years owning and scaling a quality function.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with AI/LLM applications for quality monitoring and predictive prevention.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI-driven quality strategy and monitoring.
• Embed automated quality checks into operational systems to enforce quality at the point of work.
• Maintain a forward roadmap for emerging quality capabilities and new tools.
• Lead cross-functional escalation framework with owners and timelines.
• Deliver structured pre-reads and data-driven narratives for executive reviews.
• Build reporting infrastructure and real-time visibility into quality metrics.
