Job summary

PHIL Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations to scale infrastructure, processes, and systems for the Operations organization. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Client Success to drive performance, quality, and automation.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across patient support, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians, with a focus on scalable process design and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of operations, operational excellence, or process improvement experience in a complex, high-volume environment.
• 5+ years leading and scaling operational teams or functions beyond existing structures.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, or software-based tools to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and standardize processes and workflows across patient support, pharmacists, and pharmacy tech functions.
• Own AI-driven monitoring and real-time risk pattern detection within operations.
• Own the quality function with automated and system-embedded controls.
• Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives with accountable owners and clear paths forward.
• Lead and develop a team, providing real-time performance visibility to leadership.
