Job summary

Capital Health seeks a visionary Director of Product Engineering & AI to lead the design, development, and operation of digital solutions that improve clinical, operational, financial, and patient outcomes. You will build a scalable engineering model, drive AI-enabled automation and enterprise integrations, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, AI, or Business Administration preferred.
Eight years of progressive software/tech leadership experience in healthcare or enterprise settings.
Five years in leadership managing engineering, applications, or digital product teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise Product Engineering & AI function across Capital Health.
Develop and operationalize a scalable internal product engineering model.
Oversee AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to identify high-value automation opportunities.
Establish engineering standards, governance, and secure software lifecycle processes.
Drive adoption of AI while ensuring governance, privacy, and cybersecurity expectations.
Mentor and develop engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation.
