Job summary

Insmed is seeking a Senior Director to lead an AI-enabled portfolio strategy and operations within the Program Management Operations (PMO), reporting to the Executive Director. The role focuses on leveraging AI and data analytics to optimize portfolio performance, reporting, and strategic decision-making for biopharma programs, with a hybrid work setup out of Bridgewater, NJ and <10% travel.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, data science, engineering, or life sciences.
• 10–12 years in strategic planning, portfolio management, or consulting, with at least 5 years in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience applying AI/ML to business or portfolio analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven portfolio frameworks.
• Develop advanced analytics dashboards.
• Integrate machine learning into reporting processes.
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
