Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a product leader to run a portfolio of AI-powered products and to own how the Product Management team applies AI—strategy, standards, and governance. You will lead a team of Product Managers, own product strategy and P&L across the portfolio, and raise the organization's product-AI capability.

The role emphasizes judging AI investments, setting guardrails, and coordinating with AI/ML, data, design, and engineering teams to deliver responsible AI across products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management with leadership of PM/PO teams.
• Ownership of product vision, roadmap and P&L across a portfolio.
• ROI-focused decision making including AI business cases - build/buy/partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across an AI-powered portfolio.
• Set AI-informed product strategy and sequencing of roadmaps.
• Make build/buy/partner and investment decisions for AI capabilities with ROI focus.
• Own AI-feature economics, lifecycle, pricing and drift/versioning decisions.
• Define standards, governance, and review gates for AI features and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams to maintain clarity of intent and accountability.
• Represent the organization on AI product strategy with senior clients and manage expectations.
