Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or life sciences forecasting experience with direct model ownership.
• Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies, governance, and performance measurement.
• Experience forecasting retail-dispensed pharma products and using payer dynamics data.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting methodology, standards, governance, and performance management across the U.S. pharmaceutical portfolio.
• Develop accurate, data-driven forecasts to support business planning, resource allocation, and investments.
• Lead short- and long-range forecasting for promoted and mature products.
• Drive scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments to inform opportunities and outcomes.
• Advance forecasting through analytics and AI, ensuring alignment with data standards.
