Job summary
Bausch + Lomb is seeking a senior IT leader to drive the global Commercial technology strategy, partnering with regional leadership to guide CRM, omnichannel, analytics, and pricing platforms.
The role focuses on delivering scalable solutions, standardizing the technology stack, and enabling AI-powered insights across Consumer, Pharma, Vision Care, and Surgical businesses globally. Hybrid work with on-site Bridgewater, NJ three days a week.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT leadership experience in pharma/medtech/healthcare.
- 7+ years focused on commercial/market-facing systems.
- Global experience working across regions (NA, Europe, APAC, LATAM).
- Experience in application modernization and platform rationalization.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT strategic partner to regional and global Commercial leadership.
- Define and own the global Commercial technology roadmap.
- Oversee design, build, and deployment of scalable Commercial solutions.
- Drive AI, analytics, and automation to enhance forecasting and pricing.
- Establish standards and architecture for Commercial applications.
- Manage vendor relationships for SaaS and services.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across IT, Data, and Digital to support the value chain.
