International Justice Mission seeks a Director of Enterprise Portfolio Enablement to translate strategy into scalable, executable work. The role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and will codify project management standards across IJM.

The incumbent will drive standardized planning, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI tools to enable integrated scheduling and governance at scale.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into executable plans and governance mechanisms.
• Experience designing portfolio management approaches to improve prioritization, coordination, decision-making and execution.
• Experience in enterprise-level discussions and governance without formal authority.
• Strong data analysis and synthesis to support strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with portfolio management platforms and common office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain enterprise project management standards and best practices that are scalable and lightweight.
• Promote disciplined planning, clear prioritization, risk management, and effective communication.
• Partner with Pathway and Regional Portfolio Managers to embed standards and increase maturity.
• Develop AI-enabled tools to support planning, reviews, and integrated scheduling.
• Advise portfolio managers as they develop and manage their portfolios.
• Oversee governance of the Enterprise Calendar for travel, training, and country office initiatives.
• Strengthen visibility into enterprise work and support prioritization and sequencing.
