Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in the United States is seeking a Director, Data Stewardship and Commercial Solutions to lead a team delivering AI-enabled products that support Category Management, Sourcing & Contracting, Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Sustainability and COEs. You will shape the digital strategy and advance data governance across the Commercial organization.

The role emphasizes data literacy, capability building, and scalable data platforms, partnering with global teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years in data, digital, analytics, technology, or related business functions.
Experience leading teams responsible for digital products or data solutions.
Experience developing and executing digital or data strategies.
Experience with data governance, stewardship, and quality management.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy: Develop and execute the digital strategy for the Commercial organization with cross-functional alignment.
Governance Strategy & Quality Framework: Establish governance and quality frameworks for Commercial data domains.
Data Stewardship: Serve as a primary data steward for the Commercial function and collaborate with other data stewards.
Data Literacy & Capability Building: Drive data literacy and best practices across Commercial with enterprise tools alignment.
