Job summary

Mars in Chicago seeks a Director, Data Stewardship and Commercial Solutions to lead a team building AI-enabled products that support the Commercial organization. You will develop and execute the digital strategy, governance, and data literacy initiatives across the global Mars ecosystem.

The role partners with Mars Global Services, SQA, Sustainability, and COE teams to ensure data is used effectively for strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in data, digital, analytics, technology, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams delivering digital products or data solutions.
• Experience with data governance, stewardship, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy: Develop, communicate, and execute the digital strategy for the Commercial organization.
• Governance Strategy & Quality Framework: Establish governance and quality frameworks for Commercial data domains.
• Data Stewardship: Serve as primary data steward for the Commercial function and collaborate with other data stewards.
• Data Literacy & Capability Building: Promote data literacy across the Commercial organization and align with enterprise tools.
