Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Chicago, IL or London seeks a Brand Insights & AI Innovation Manager to elevate the corporate brand through data-driven storytelling. You will build audiences, measure trust, and lead AI-enabled analytics in a cross-functional Corporate Affairs team.

The role combines brand strategy with an AI CoE, collaborating with data technology and capabilities sponsors to drive efficiency and impact across internal and external communications.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in consumer insights.
• Experience across a range of FMCG categories/brands.
• Corporate brand experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Target Audience Definition across Mars corporate brand stakeholders and illuminate insights.
• Trust & Reputation Performance: create a quantitative framework for evaluating trust and reputational impact.
• Consumer Learning Plan: define and execute annual learning plan and manage budget.
• AI Data & Analytics: identify opportunities to accelerate AI tools and workflows for data insights.
• AI Capability Center of Excellence (CoE): lead the AI CoE for global Corporate Affairs.
