Fairmarkit, a Boston-based autonomous sourcing company, seeks a Director of Content Marketing to shape how we show up in the market and build a content engine readers can’t ignore. You’ll craft great stories, decide how ideas travel across LinkedIn, search, AI answer engines, and customer stories, while leading modern content operations that leverage AI without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content marketing, editorial, social, or related fields.
• Strong writing and editing portfolio.
• Proven ability to build programs and systems.
• Deep understanding of B2B social and LinkedIn.
• Solid SEO and awareness of AEO/GEO changes.
• Experience with AI workflows that improve efficiency.
• Comfortable partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Fairmarkit’s content strategy across all mediums (video + written), editorial direction, and the brand narrative.
• Write and edit exceptional content, helping executives and subject matter experts turn expertise into ideas and stories readers care about.
• Put customers, original research, data, executive perspectives at the center of our content strategy.
• Create repeatable content programs that build an audience beyond an editorial calendar.
• Partner with Brand & Design to bring ideas to life across written, visual, video, and other formats.
