Qualifikationen

• 10 years of AI, Data, Analytics, Technology, Strategy or Transformation leadership experience.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise AI and Data strategies.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Insurance or Financial services.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain PCALT’s AI Data Strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Establish and maintain AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, policies and standards.
• Drive Data Governance capabilities to improve data quality, ownership, and accessibility.
• Oversee the enterprise AI Data transformation portfolio and manage milestones across workstreams.
• Engage with business leaders and key stakeholders to promote adoption of AI and Data capabilities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support governance assessments.
