Job summary

Time Doctor is hiring a Director of AI Content Systems, Marketing to design, build, and run an AI-powered content system for product, customer, and expert knowledge. You’ll work as part of a small engineering-style team delivering repeatable production with quality gates and measured output.

You’ll lead content strategy, production workflows, and the expert-input pipeline, while owning voice, brand standards, and the website roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, SEO, or growth marketing, including 1+ years leading a function or program.
• Built and run AI-powered content workflows in production. End-to-end walkthrough of inputs, tools, prompts, skills, QA gates, output and results.
• Hands-on with AI and automation tools (LLMs, agents, and automation platforms).
• Comfortable tinkering with HTML/CSS. Can read Python and scripts. Familiar with Claude Code.
• Track record of growing organic traffic and leads through SEO, with AI search awareness.
• Strong editorial judgment to keep content on-brand and accurate.
• Experience directing freelancers, agencies, and subject-matter experts to quality.
• Systems mindset: throughput, cycle time, cost per asset, outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own content strategy based on demand, AI behavior, and revenue priorities.
• Design and operate the AI-powered content production system with versioning and QA gates.
• Build repeatable expert-input pipelines from product, success, sales, customers, and outside experts.
• Own voice, tone, and editorial standards encoded into the system.
• Develop SEO and AI search visibility strategies and GEO content.
• Own website architecture, structure, and conversion-focused roadmap.
• Select and manage AI tools, automation platforms, and external partners within budget.
