Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Senior leader to drive the operational management and maturation of the AI Intelligent Automation portfolio.

You will translate enterprise AI strategy into an executable program, owning governance, budgeting, and value realization across cross-functional teams. You will partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and report on portfolio health and ROI, while improving the operating model and delivery maturity within

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology or automation leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with portfolio management, budgets, staffing, governance, and vendors.
• Experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-enabled automation.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise automation intake, assessment, prioritization, and portfolio governance.
• Manage roadmap planning, business demand, and portfolio sequencing.
• Lead workforce planning, hiring, contractor strategy, and resource allocation.
• Own operational budgets, licensing, vendor management, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities and measure business value.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs, operational health, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
• Provide executive reporting and regular portfolio updates.
• Ensure governance, AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering leadership to identify and remove delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational maturity.
• Provide project management leadership for strategic, complex AI initiatives.
