Experience with portfolio management, roadmap planning, capacity planning, governance, and KPI reporting.
Experience partnering with business stakeholders, communicating with executives, and managing financial and vendor relationships.
Experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-enabled automation.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation through implementation.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise automation intake, assessment, prioritization, and portfolio governance.
Manage roadmap planning, business demand, and portfolio sequencing.
Lead workforce planning, contractor strategy, and resource allocation.
Own operational budgets, licensing, vendor management, and financial reporting.
Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities and measure business value.
Monitor portfolio KPIs, operational health, customer satisfaction, and ROI.
Provide executive reporting and regular portfolio updates.
Ensure governance, AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) compliance, and operational excellence.
Partner with engineering leadership to identify and remove delivery risks.
Drive continuous improvement and organizational maturity.
Provide project management leadership for strategic, cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, ownership, and delivery commitments.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, action-item tracking, milestone schedules, and executive status reporting for priority initiatives.
