Job summary

Assort Health in San Francisco offers a hybrid role in Agent Product Management. You will lead the APM and ASM teams for Enterprise and Strategic accounts, own rollout plans across multiple sites, and work directly with VP and C‑suite stakeholders on conversations, alignment, and expansion.

You should have 8–10 years in consulting, investment banking, or tech, plus experience running multi‑workstream deployments and AI transformations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in consulting, banking, or tech.
• Experience at a fast-growing tech company or startup.
• Operator experience with GM or P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-workstream enterprise rollouts.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership with team development.
• Capacity modeling and portfolio planning.
• Willingness to push back when needed.
• Experience building or implementing AI solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the APM and ASM teams for Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
• Serve as executive owner for the largest accounts with senior stakeholders.
• Own rollout plans for each account, including sequencing and capacity.
• Own portfolio performance metrics and identify systemic risk.
• Step into complex deployments and escalations personally.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on handoffs and renewals.
• Build the Enterprise playbook covering scoping and reporting.
• Provide field insight to Product/Engineering on needs.
