Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two years of experience in Agile product management.
• Two years of work experience within the discipline being supported.
• Three years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product.
• Three years of work experience in related field.
• Three years of experience motivating/influencing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for a cross-functional product team; accept final product output.
• Manage backlog of deliverables and run 'test and learn' experiments to refine future deliverables.
• Translate business strategy into execution-ready work; define goals and align with value stream vision.
• Act as voice of the end-user; gather feedback to ensure needs are defined and acceptance criteria met.
• Own and refine team backlog; make trade-off decisions to maximize value.
• Set KPIs to optimize the flow of value for solutions.
• Inform on business readiness and manage adoption and resistance.
