This on-site role requires strategic leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a proven track record of improving on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will build scalable processes, drive continuous improvement, and develop leaders across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to support sustainable aftermarket

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in aerospace aftermarket, customer support, or operations.
• 5+ years leading managers and global cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in aftermarket operations or service leadership.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the global Aftermarket organization.
• Establish direction, governance, and performance systems for growth.
• Lead managers and teams with a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Drive on-time delivery, performance, and cross-functional execution.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Program Management, Sales, and Quality.
