Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Director Quality Assurance to lead site QA/QC, maintain AS9100 compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will oversee audits, corrective actions, and quality systems to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of aerospace quality leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing Quality Assurance professionals.
• Experience working with FAA and EASA regulations in aerospace.
• Detailed knowledge of AS9100 standards and quality systems.
• Ability to lead audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all QA/QC functions at Huntington Beach sites.
• Direct, mentor, and manage Quality Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Maintain AS9100 compliance and oversee internal/external audits.
• Drive APQP, FMEA, SPC, and quality metrics across the site.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
