Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Director of Aftermarket to provide strategic leadership over a $12M+ aftermarket business, guiding a team of service technicians and customer service representatives to deliver responsive, reliable, and valuable support.

The role requires a blend of collaborative leadership, commercial acumen, and technical understanding, with a focus on continuous improvement, Lean practices, and customer success across parts, service, and technical support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and pricing.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an aftermarket growth strategy across parts, service, and support.
• Own the Aftermarket P&L, including budgeting, staffing, and pricing decisions.
• Drive retention and recurring revenue through maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Marketing.
