Job summary

The director will oversee the Santa Fe Housing Program, Trust Fund contracts, and CDBG administration while managing staff and budgets.

Qualified candidates should hold a master’s degree in a relevant field and bring eight years of housing/urban development experience, including two years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, business administration, economics, urban planning, or related field.
• Eight years of progressive housing and urban development experience, preferably in government.
• Two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the City’s Affordable Housing initiatives and oversee housing programs and contracts.
• Develop policy, manage staff and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build partnerships with developers, nonprofits, and government agencies.
