Qualifications

• Experience in city/county government programs and affordable housing.
• Ability to work with federal/state grant funding and housing for vulnerable populations.
• Drafts and negotiates loan and subrecipient agreements with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage federal, state, and local affordable housing and community development programs.
• Underwrite housing development proposals and monitor grant compliance and reporting.
• Provide technical assistance to sub-recipients and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with government officials, partners, and advisory committees.
