• Bachelor's degree with 11–15 years in business capture or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership in capture, business development, or proposals.
• Expert knowledge of capture management and customer engagement.
• Experience with federal procurement processes and defense contracting.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office; CRM systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Business Capture function with objectives and plans.
• Lead multiple strategic capture efforts across opportunities.
• Evaluate performance, pipeline health, and resource use.
