Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished wealth management leader to drive advisor experience, practice management, and field leadership across a large, geographically distributed advisor base.

You will own growth metrics, retention, platform strategy, and collaboration with growth, investment, and product leadership to maximize revenue and asset retention. A multi-layer leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in wealth management with accountability for advisor experience or field leadership on a large platform.
• Track record of same-store growth and asset retention across a distributed advisor base.
• Experience designing and operating a segmented service model with retention and growth results.
• Fluency in platform economics, including advisory conversion, fee-based revenue, and tech adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own same-store growth, retention, and asset growth end to end.
• Lead the pod-based advisor success model and the solutions, platform, and technology consulting bench.
• Set pod coverage design and advisor-to-leader ratios.
• Operate retention system including risk scoring, surveillance, and intervention plays.
• Own advisor experience standard from transition handoff through steady state.
• Instrument advisor experience with reporting and analytics.
• Partner with Head of Growth to convert service relationships into recruiting introductions and reference points.
• Partner with investment and product leadership on shelf strategy and the advisor input loop.
• Deliver success measures including revenue growth, asset retention, platform ROA, fee-based penetration, risk scoring coverage, and save rates.
